Shipping policy

Gen X Abs products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful.

Production begins after payment is confirmed. Delivery estimates shown during checkout include estimated fulfillment and transit times but are not guaranteed.

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact genxabs@gmail.com immediately if an address is incorrect. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Tracking information will be sent by email when available. Carrier delays, severe weather, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
