Refund policy

Because each Gen X Abs item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or a change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, mislabeled, or misprinted, please contact us at genxabs@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Please review the product description and size guide carefully before ordering. This policy does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.
